Version 1, Released June 2005
The current version of GEMAT can do the following:
Collect data at various stages of a genomics experiment
Use Quality control measures in selecting chips
Apply various filters on the detection call, average intensity, fold change and p-value for the t-test on a specific dataset
Publish comparison analysis results on the web
Perform searches on annotation files, result files, etc
Perform post-experimental analyses such as clustering of any group of chips under a project (or across projects), Fisher-exact test and other statistical functions by interfacing with R
